Romance Road Bridge
Portage, Michigan
Part of the Portage Bicentennial Parkway. Very muddy after it rains. Watch for people coming and going. Lights under the bridge keep things visible. Watch out for the river, its deep enough to submerge any rig, easily knee deep water.

Al Sabo Land Preserve
Kalamazoo, Michigan
HUGE trail system. Be aware of what trail you're on, there are skinny mountain bike trails. Tons of different kinds of terrain; steep gravel hills, some rocky trails, huge slippery sand section, and a ton of trees and roots to crawl on. Beautiful system, probably over 15 miles of trails. Busiest time is from 5-7, but even then youre far enough apart from everyone due to the size. Right next to an amazing ice cream shop too! Shout out TC Scoops!

Gourdneck State Game Area Northeast Loop
Portage, Michigan
2 mile loop trail, very quiet. Lots of fallen trees from the 2024 tornado. Hard entrance to find, go slow and look for it just past the intersection.
